1. Services & Engagement

Myatt Media Group provides digital media, marketing, and creative production services. A formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Quote will accompany specific projects, which shall be governed by these general terms.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all "Work Product" created by Myatt Media Group remains the property of Myatt Media Group until full and final payment is received.

2.2 License: Upon final payment, the Client is granted an irrevocable, perpetual license to use the Work Product for its intended business purpose. Myatt Media Group retains the right to use snippets of work for self-promotion and portfolio display.

3. Payment Terms

• Invoices are payable within [e.g., 14 or 30] days of issue.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 25% per month on the outstanding balance.
• Deposits for media shoots or production starts are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary assets (logos, copy, footage) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in project timeline shifts. We are not responsible for copyright infringement on materials provided to us by the Client.

5. Revisions & Approvals
